Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026. Applies to all visitors and Waymaker reservations.

1. What we collect

Your email address, when you join the waitlist, reserve a Waymaker seat, or use the quiz.
Optional profession/field you select in a form.
Your quiz answers and bottleneck description, if you use the free workflow-ideas tool.
Aggregate site analytics (pageviews, referrers, coarse geography) via privacy-preserving analytics — no cross-site tracking, no third-party ad cookies.

2. What we don't collect

No IP-address-based tracking, browser fingerprints, or cross-site cookies.
No selling, renting, or licensing of your data to advertisers or data brokers — ever.
No training of foundation models on your workflows or bottleneck submissions.

3. How we use it

To send you the launch-day notice and (if you opted in) the follow-up on Waymaker workflows.
To email you the three workflow ideas requested through the quiz tool.
To measure aggregate signup rates by field to prioritize which verticals we open first.
To fulfill any reservation you make on Wefunder (they hold that data under their own policy).

4. Who processes your data

We use the following processors, chosen because their privacy practices align with ours:

Resend — transactional and list email delivery. Your email is stored in Resend’s Waymaker audience for the sole purpose of sending you the emails you signed up for. Resend privacy policy.
Wefunder — Regulation Crowdfunding platform. If you make a reservation there, they process your data under their own terms and applicable securities law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you are on the list. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from our active audience within 24 hours and delete the record within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., for reservations tied to a securities offering).

6. Your rights

You can:

Unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email we send, or by replying “unsubscribe.”
Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@forgeaeon.online.
California residents (CCPA): request disclosure of the categories of personal information we’ve collected about you in the past 12 months and request deletion. We do not sell personal information.
EU/EEA residents (GDPR): request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Our legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

7. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS. Waitlist data lives in a database with restricted access. We use industry-standard hosting practices, but no system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data, we will notify you within 72 hours and disclose the scope publicly on this page.

8. Children

Forge Workflows is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we’ll email everyone on the list and update the “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
