Refund Policy
Short version: Your $10 reservation is fully refundable at any time before the platform launches. Email hello@forgeaeon.online from the address you paid with and we refund within 5 business days. No questions, no forms.
1. What the $10 reservation covers
The $10 founding reservation fee reserves your seat in the founding Waymaker cohort on Forge Workflows. When the software platform launches, that reservation converts to:
- Priority onboarding — first access to publish workflows before public availability.
- Founding-user pricing — locked-in launch pricing on the platform, honored for the lifetime of your account.
- Founding Waymaker status — permanent recognition on the public Guild registry as an early supporter.
The $10 reservation is a fee for software access, not an investment. It is separate from the Wefunder Regulation Crowdfunding round (see Terms § 3–4), which is where equity is offered under SEC-regulated procedures.
2. Full refund before launch
Because Forge Workflows has not yet publicly launched, every $10 reservation is fully refundable up until launch day. To request a refund:
- Email hello@forgeaeon.online from the same email address you used to pay.
- Include the subject line "Refund request" (no other details needed).
- We refund the full $10 to your original payment method within 5 business days.
You do not need to give a reason. You do not need to fill out a form. We do not ask you to explain your decision.
3. What happens if we cannot launch
If Forge Workflows is not launched to founding Waymakers by March 31, 2027, we will automatically refund every $10 reservation fee in full to the original payment method — no request needed — and email each reservation holder to confirm the refund was issued.
4. Refunds after launch
Once the platform launches and your reservation has been converted to priority onboarding and founding-user pricing (i.e., the software access has been delivered), the $10 reservation fee is non-refundable, because the promised benefits have been rendered. This is disclosed at checkout.
Separately: any ongoing platform subscription or per-run workflow fee purchased after launch is governed by the Terms of Service, not this Refund Policy. Subscription refunds follow the standard 14-day cancellation window described in the Terms.
5. Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Refunds are issued back to the original card or payment method through Stripe. If your card has expired or been reissued, Stripe automatically routes the refund to the new card in most cases; if that fails, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a $10 charge with your bank instead of emailing us first, the payment processor may hold the disputed amount for up to 90 days. To get your money back faster and without a dispute on your record, email us directly at hello@forgeaeon.online. We will refund you the same week.
7. Wefunder investments are separate
The $10 reservation on this site is not a purchase of equity. If you later choose to invest in the Regulation Crowdfunding round on Wefunder when it formally opens (target: August 15, 2026), those funds and their refund rules are governed by Wefunder's platform and SEC Reg CF, not this policy. Reg CF gives investors a right to cancel their investment commitment up to 48 hours before the offering deadline.
